Gordon Hall / Center for Experimental Lectures
Sunday, October 4, 2015
Gordon Hall, creator of the Center for Experimental Lectures, will present a talk on the origins of the project, including its philosophical and critical underpinnings. Excerpts of lectures from the Center’s archives will be shown, including Hall’s own lecture-performance, Read me that part a-gain, where I disin-herit everybody (2014), an experimental lecture about experimental lectures. Speculation on the future of experimental pedagogy and embodied knowledge production will be open for discussion.
